Major cleanliness issues with the carpets!!! The advertised parking fees need to be clearer as a hefty surprise in an unsecured alley is quite unsettling!!!

Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Great Location
I had a wonderful stay, enjoying the luxury of a sea view from my Double Room. The staff were extremely helpful, providing great tips on local dining options, and I loved the welcoming atmosphere of the bar area. the cafe around the corner served a fantastic breakfast that was the perfect start to my day. One minor downside was that the room felt smaller than expected, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The staff was super helpful during our stay.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay. The room felt more like a cramped cupboard rather than the comfortable space I expected. the advertised features did not match reality, which left me feeling misled. It was quite noisy at night, and the overall experience fell short of my expectations.

Great location with friendly staff
I had a lovely one-night stay, enjoying the spacious Triple Room Shower. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the attractions, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, offering great tips on nearby dining options. One downside was the noisy bathroom fan that disturbed my sleep a bit.

great staff but access issue late at night
The staff provided attentive service and were always ready to help. The room was clean modern and had a fantastic sea view.
Gaining access late at night took some time since no one was at reception.

The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. We enjoyed some family fun at the beach and took in the iconic Blackpool lights. Our family, including my two grown kids, loved the comfy beds and clean room.
In my wife’s opinion, the fire alarm went off twice, creating unnecessary panic for families. A better communication system for emergencies is essential.

had a wonderful stay at the sapphire. the double room with sea view was fantastic! the bed was comfy, and the flat screen tv was a nice touch. i loved that we received fresh clean towels. the staff member, vj, was super helpful, explaining the free wi-fi and showing us to our room. it's also close to the centre of everything which made exploring easy.

Had a right good time at the Sapphire! Snagged a classic triple room for one night. Chowed down at Jimmy's cafe just down the corner for a banging breakfast. Plus, the staff gave brilliant tips on where to dine. Couldn't have asked for more!
But, let’s be honest, the fan in the loo was a bit noisy, woke me up when I was half asleep! the rooms didn’t feel as advertised, looking more like cupboards than comfy stays.

Rooms offer various views that can be quite refreshing for morning wake-ups. The unique layout gives it a certain vintage charm, hard to find in modern places.
Unfortunately, the lift was out of order, which made lugging my gear up to the third floor a real workout. The shower was cramped and lacked proper ventilation. The room layout had some quirks like no bedside table or plug socket next to the bed, which could be a hassle for charging devices. The uneven floors gave the place a strange feel, and the bathroom facilities were in need of some serious attention, with issues like mould and a loose sink. I found the absence of a functioning restaurant, as it was piled high with unused furniture, particularly disappointing.
